The 3-piece strainer stacks together to create a double layered straining process. The honey runs through the top large strainer to remove bulk was capping, and then through the finer stainless steel mesh underneath (approx. 1000 micron). It then flows out of the tapered funnel into a bucket. Made from strong and durable plastic.
